Recognition is Important at EOSC

We have added a Recognition program at East Orange Soccer Club to bring some more excitement to each and every member of our club. The goal of the Recognition/Discipline Committee is to recognize any and all players, coaches, parents or other members of the club that go above and beyond the norm.  We also review any issues or challenges that occur.

During the season, with the inputs of the league coaching/managerial staff, we will be recognizing weekly highlights on the website to those members/teams that have stood out.  At the end of the season, we will be awarding those individuals/teams who have stood out in 2009/2010 during our end of season ceremonies.

We meet once a month to review inputs from the league and come up with additional ideas of how to provide exceptional service to our league members.  In an effort to increase the productivity of this committee, we are currently looking to bring on additional committee members.

If you’re interested, please email Tim Fleming at Director.Recognition@EastOrangeSoccer.com at your earliest convenience.  Thank you.
EOSC Code of Conduct

From the EOSC Board of Directors: The EOSC Disciplinary Committee is a standing committee made up of club volunteers who have agreed to assist in the enforcement of the ‘EOSC Code of Conduct’. This committee is responsible for investigating complaints and responding to allegations of violation of the ‘EOSC Code of Conduct’. The Chairperson of this committee is responsible for communications associated with the enforcement of the ‘EOSC Code of Conduct’. The Disciplinary Committee has the support and authority of the Board of Directors in matters relating to discipline.

EOSC will act decisively in matters related to inappropriate behavior of players, coaches, parents, fans, or spectators. All members of the club have agreed to be bound by our code of ethics, and a failure to act in a manner consistent with the code of ethics may be grounds for being sanctioned by the club, including: written warning, fine, suspension, and termination of membership in East Orange Soccer Club and Florida Youth Soccer Association-affiliated club soccer.

If you need further information about filing a complaint, answering a complaint, matters currently under review, or have a question about the activities of the Disciplinary Committee, please contact the current Chairperson, Tim Fleming at Director.Recognition@EastOrangeSoccer.co
