East Orange Soccer Club Family and Friends,
What an AWESOME turnout on Saturday! I would personally like to thank all of you that came out for some fun, food and just a great time had by all.
Thank you to all the Volunteer Board members, High School students and EOSC players that came out to help, without you it would have been a long day. I would also like to thank UCF Athletics for coming out and showing thier support for East Orange Soccer. Hopefully you were able to pick up a poster and/or schedules for their fall season. Amanda Cromwell's Ladies stepped in for a little 3v3 with some of our U14 SC team.
I hope everyone was able to watch an exciting soccer match between the U15-U18 regular season games or the scrimmage that was playing on Econ 2. Our 3v3 games were a huge hit with our players of all ages.
There were no hot dogs or hamburgers to be found at the end of the day, we had just enough. We gave away soccer balls, T-shirts, some fun items, tickets to parks, restaurants, golf and the list goes on. You were not required to be present to win and all winning numbers will be posted on the East Orange Soccer website soon. Check it out and see if you won!
I am looking forward to our next event and if you have ideas or feedback from the Opening event, please send them to me.
