		NOTES:
	1.	Online registration for the Fall 08 season begins .
	2.	EOSC players will be required to register online for teams and programs.  If you do not have internet access, you will be able to register online at the business office.
	3.	Payment can be accepted online by credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard), or in person at the business office.  Registration must be completed online - even if you do not intend to pay by card.
	4.	New players will be required to purchase a new uniform package according to the program you are registering for.  The club has adopted a new uniform for all age groups beginning with the Fall 2007 season.  Returning players will also have the opportunity (if needed) to purchase individual uniform pieces at the end of the online registration process.
	5.	Late registration: Any player registered after the Registration Deadline will be assessed a late fee of $30, and cannot be guaranteed a place on a team, even if the player previously played for an EOSC team.
	6.	For 2008/09, League and MODs Coaches will be reimbursed 75% of their child’s registration fee(s) at the conclusion of regular season play in the Fall 2007 and/or Spring 2008 season.
	7.	For 2008/09, Premier Coaches and Board Members will be reimbursed 75% of their child’s registration fee(s) at the conclusion of regular season play in the Spring 2008 season.
	8.	Multiple season discounts are no longer being offered.
	9.	A Premier team competes in FYSA Region or State Cup, and plays at the ’A’ or ’B’ level in GCFYSL competition.  League teams are ineligible to particpate in Region or State Cup competition without paying a per player Premier Fee as directed by the club registrar.

		**NEW EOSC UNIFORMS FALL 2007: All of our newly redesigned MODS, League, and Premier uniform jerseys and shorts are made of an improved “Drifit” material which will help keep players cooler!  We will continue to dress out in gold, white and black but will no longer have a primary black jersey.  There will be two new jerseys, one gold with white and black trim; the other white with black and gold trim. The shorts will be primarily black with white and gold accents.  New black socks will have a higher cotton content and sport club logo in white on the side of the sock for teams U9-U19 and black socks for players U5-U8. 		UNIFORM NUMBERS:  New uniforms will be stocked by the club and provided without preprinted numbers.  The Head Coach will determine what numbers are to be assigned to each player and the team manager will make arrangements to have the club-designated vendor apply numbers to jerseys.  The cost of having this vendor apply jersey numbers is included in the uniform fee.  MODs and SST uniforms will be unnumbered.
