Message from the President

To all East Orange Soccer Club Members,

On May 21st, I sent out my first “Message from the President” to all our members promising that each month I will send you an update on our progress, what has been accomplished and what’s ahead. I also promised that I will keep those messages short and to the point, I will not be able to do so this month as I have to list all the committees that I promised to do in my first letter, but next months, my message will be short.  I think you will like this month’s updates and I hope you are ready for a great 2009/2010 season….

East Orange Soccer Parents and Players,

East Orange Soccer Club is offering this valuable program to all competitive, premier, region cup and state cup soccer players.  The program offered is a strength and conditioning class that has three primary goals:

·         Reduce the risk of injury to the ankles, knees and hips

·         Develop speed, quickness and agility

·         Increase strength and power

Soccer is a very demanding sport that requires a high degree of agility, quickness, strength, power, flexibility and movement skills to play at an elite level.  Investing your time in a well designed strength and conditioning program can take your soccer game to the next level.
